Your engagement with MyNestor.Org ("MyNestor," "we," "our," or "us") through our website (mynestor.org) or by scheduling our community and concierge services implies your full consent to the following Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read them thoroughly.

Scope of Services Nestor facilitates generalized administrative support, household organization, technical troubleshooting, and errand management. These tasks are executed by student participants ("Nestors") who operate under professional adult supervision following our "Lead Nestor & Buddy Nestor Model." Please note that we are not a licensed contractor and do not offer specialized trade services such as plumbing, electrical work, structural engineering, or professional legal and financial advice.
Reservations and Fees Service bookings are governed by our fixed, transparent pricing structure ("One Price" per session). All financial transactions must be completed via our designated secure portal or approved payment methods. Price estimates remain active for a period of 30 days from issuance.
Obligation of Clients By hiring our services, you commit to: - Maintaining a secure and risk-free workspace for our visiting team. - Confirming that a responsible adult (aged 18 or older) remains on-site for the full duration of the appointment. - Sharing information regarding safety risks, domestic animals, or property access limitations before the visit begins.
Liability Constraints Although all Nestors undergo comprehensive vetting and background checks, the total liability of MyNestor.Org for any direct claims related to our service shall not surpass the amount paid for the specific visit. MyNestor.org holds no responsibility for pre-existing property damage, latent structural defects, or damages resulting from external third-party contractors.
Legal Jurisdiction These terms are established and governed according to the statutes of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from these terms must be settled within the courts of Middlesex County, New Jersey.
